Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to hygeine reasons unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchages.
How long is shipping?
Shipping to the U.K is 2-3 days. and international orders take up to 7-10 working days.
My tracking is not working what should i do?
If you have recieved tracking via email and your are not able to see any updates please give it by 4pm the for tracking to upload onto the royal mail website.
My order has arrived Damaged what should i do?
If you receive your order and it has arrived damaged just send us a photo via email or send a a Dm via instagram and we will get another one sent out to you.
Do you have free Delivery option?
Yes we do on all orders over £50 and from time to time we may offer free delivery which will be stated ontop of our page without needing a discount code.
Do you accept large orders?
Yes we accept large orders. Just checkout as normal and we've got you.
What ingredients are in your products?
All ingredients in our products are all 100% organic and vegan friendly. Under all of our products is the ingredients for each product.
Can i add an items to my order once it has been confirmed?
If you contact us before you order has been processed then we can make th adjustment.
Are your products safe to people with nut allergies to use?
Please refer to the ingredients in each product before placing your order. All our are prepared in an enivironment where nut ingredients are used.
Do you offer wholesale?
